Notification Alerts

You may see icons next to your image, your provider's image, and on thumbnails.

Icon	Definition
	The person currently speaking.
	This person's microphone is muted.
	This person's camera is off.
	A video, audio, network, or stream (unknown) problem has occurred.

 

Unmute Button (iPad Only)

In addition, if you have muted your microphone and you speak an unmute button () will be displayed. Click Unmute to unmute your microphone.

Battery Usage Notifications

On iPhones and iPads using the iOS Patient App

Connect your iPhone or iPad to a power source as soon as possible. If a power source is not readily available let your provider know.
